Booking questions answered
Both. You can visit the studio at Copperfields Walk, Dartford DA1 2DE, or Wumi can travel to you. Treatment prices are identical either way — mobile visits are added as a "Mobile Home Service" option when you book. Core postcodes across Kent, London and Essex carry no travel charge; anywhere further is confirmed at booking. For a home visit you need a room with space to lie down and a nearby plug socket.
The studio is in Dartford, and Wumi travels across Kent, south-east London and parts of Essex — including Gravesend, Bexley, Bromley, Swanley, Crayford, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Greenwich, Lewisham and Croydon. Core postcodes are DA, ME and BR in Kent, and SE, N, E, IG and RM in London and Essex. If you are unsure whether your postcode is covered, call 07888 680560 and ask.
Everyone starts with a 30-minute consultation (£20, non-refundable). Wumi assesses your target areas, checks the treatment is suitable for you, explains what is realistic and prices a plan. You will complete a short medical and consent form before any treatment. There is no pressure to book a course on the day. You must be 18 or over.
Payment is by card or online through the booking system. A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment, with the balance paid before treatment. Wumi Body & Face Studio is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
At least 24 hours notice is required to move or cancel an appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness; beyond that the appointment may be cancelled. The full terms are on the booking policy page.
Drink around a litre of water beforehand, avoid caffeine on the day, wear comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal immediately before your session. For mobile appointments, please have a clean, warm, private space with access to a plug socket, and no extra guests during treatment.
