During a session, flat paddle applicators are strapped to the treatment area. The device runs for approximately 30 minutes. You remain lying down throughout. The RF heating phase begins first — most people describe it as a warm, intense heat sensation. The electromagnetic contractions follow and intensify progressively; they can feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable, particularly on the abdomen, but should not be painful.
There is no recovery period. Most clinic protocols consist of four sessions spread over two to three weeks. You can return to normal activity immediately after each session.
Visible changes, if they occur, typically become apparent two to three months after the course ends. This delay reflects the time the body needs to process disrupted fat cells through the lymphatic system and for muscle adaptations to consolidate.
