Booking & Cancellation Policy

We're a one-practitioner studio, so a missed or late-cancelled appointment is time we can't offer to another client. This policy keeps things fair for everyone.

Booking & deposits

  • All appointments are booked through our scheduling system (Acuity Scheduling).
  • A £20 consultation fee applies and is non-refundable.
  • Where a deposit is required to secure a treatment or course, it is deducted from your treatment total but is non-refundable if you cancel.

Cancelling or rescheduling

  • Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule wherever possible.
  • Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, may forfeit the deposit/consultation fee.
  • You can reschedule online via your booking confirmation, or contact us directly.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so we keep to time for the next client, and charged in full.

Mobile appointments

  • Please confirm the full address and provide a clean, warm, private space with a flat surface and access to a power socket.
  • If we cannot safely deliver the treatment on arrival (unsafe space, no access, client unwell or under 18), the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.
  • Postcodes outside our standard mobile zones (Kent: ME, BR, DA · London/Essex: SE, N, E, IG, RM) may incur a travel surcharge, quoted before booking.

Courses & packages

Multi-session courses are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the first session is taken. Unused sessions remain available for a reasonable period from purchase.

Before your appointment

A little preparation helps you get the best from each session:

  • Drink around 1 litre of water beforehand.
  • Avoid caffeine on the day of your treatment.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Avoid a heavy meal just before your session.

You’ll also be asked to complete a medical form and sign a consent form before your first treatment.

Health & safety

You must be 18 or over and complete a suitability check. Post-operative lymphatic drainage requires medical clearance. Please tell us in advance about pregnancy, recent surgery, or any medical condition that could affect treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where safety could be compromised.

Photos & your privacy

Progress photos may be taken where appropriate to track your results. Your images are never shared without your written consent, and all personal information is stored securely in line with UK GDPR.
