Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings and treatments with Wumi Body & Face Studio (company number 16735586), Copperfields Walk, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2DE.

1. Our services

We provide non-surgical body and face aesthetic treatments (including body sculpting, contouring, fat reduction, non-surgical BBL, lymphatic drainage massage, wood therapy and related sculpting treatments), at our Dartford studio or as a mobile service at an address you provide.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or over to receive any treatment or consultation.
  • You must complete a consultation and/or suitability check and disclose relevant medical information honestly. We may decline or postpone treatment where it is not safe or suitable.
  • Lymphatic drainage for post-operative clients requires medical clearance.

3. Bookings, consultations & payment

  • Bookings are made through our scheduling system (Acuity Scheduling).
  • A consultation costs £20 and is non-refundable.
  • Prices for treatments and courses are as listed at the time of booking and may change.
  • Mobile appointments must be selected as an add-on at checkout. Mobile service covers Kent (ME, BR, DA) and London/Essex (SE, N, E, IG, RM); other postcodes may incur an additional travel charge.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling & late arrival

See our separate Booking & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Please give as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule.
  • Deposits and the consultation fee are non-refundable.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

5. Courses and packages

  • Multi-session courses and packages are paid for in advance and are non-refundable once started.
  • Sessions within a course should be used within a reasonable period from purchase.

6. Results disclaimer

Our treatments are non-surgical and results build gradually over a tailored course. Individual results vary and depend on factors including lifestyle, diet and consistency. We do not promise specific, instant, permanent or guaranteed outcomes, and our treatments are not a weight-loss service or a medical treatment.

7. Mobile (we-come-to-you) treatments

For mobile appointments you agree to provide a safe, clean, private space with access to a power socket. We reserve the right to decline or stop a treatment where the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Liability

Wumi Body & Face Studio is fully insured. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant treatment.

9. Your consumer rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
