What arm sculpting is

A focused treatment for the upper arms, with two routes: a fuller sculpt-and-tighten for stubborn arm fat plus firming, or a lighter skin tightening option focused purely on firming mild skin looseness. Both are non-surgical with no downtime.

How it works

Arm Sculpt & Tighten combines lipo laser (to help break down fat), ultrasonic cavitation (to target stubborn deposits), radio frequency (to firm and tighten) and lymphatic drainage (to flush naturally). Arm Skin Tightening uses radio frequency to stimulate collagen plus lymphatic drainage to de-puff.

What to expect and results timeline

Sessions run 45 minutes to an hour. Smoother, firmer-looking arms develop gradually over a course rather than overnight.

Pricing

Arm Sculpt & Tighten (1 hour) is £165 for a course of 3 or £340 for a course of 6. Arm Skin Tightening (45 minutes) starts from £50 for a single session or £130 for a course of 3. Mobile can be added at checkout.

Results build gradually over a tailored course and vary between individuals — this is not a weight-loss or medical service. A consultation and suitability check are required first, and you must be 18 or over.

Your arm sessions

For Sculpt & Tighten, Wumi combines lipo laser, cavitation, radio frequency and drainage; for Skin Tightening, radio frequency and drainage firm the upper arm.

Gradual firming & aftercare

Smoother, firmer-looking arms develop across the course, with simple aftercare advice to support collagen and firmness between visits.
